Mr. Chan Sarin, Founder/Executive Director
Mr. Chan Sarin has been serving DPF as Executive Director. He holds a Bachelor Degree of Business, Specialized of Management and a Master Development Management. He has been involved with disability work since 2000. In 2002 he received a scholarship to study Leadership in Japan, A Program for Person with Disabilities in Asia and Pacific region. He was former founder of House of Smiles of Hagar International. Under his leadership, DPF has produced significant achievements related to children with disability and development in to the education through community daycare.
Sarin was also the first trainee of AusAID in Melbourne University, The disability in developing country 2003, Sarin got training of Conductive Education, which provided by Hungarian Baptist Aide and he used to tour in many counties such as Hungary, Austria, Slovakia, Japan, Australia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam for fund raising and international training/ conducted international workshop

Mr. Hout Puthy( Day-Care Supervisor)
Mr. Hout Puthy has been engaged with disability sector in in- charge residential care Supervisor for children with special need since 2007 with Sarin and he has good experiences working with children disabilities, Puthy takes the position in DPF as Takhmao Community Day-Care Center Supervisor(CDC)

Mrs. Chao Chariya
Ms. Chao Chariya has been engaged with disability sector in in- charge residential care for children with special need since 2007 with Puthy and she has good experiences working with children disabilities, Chariya takes the position in DPF as volunteer of Special Need Teacher(SNT) for the children with special needs
